In addition, aluminum alloy has excellent thermal conductivity, so the cutting temperature of aluminum alloy milling is low, and the milling speed can be increased.
Aluminum alloys have low plasticity aluminum alloys with low plasticity and low melting point. When CNC machining aluminum alloys, joint edge problems are very deep, chip removal performance is poor, and surface roughness is high. Therefore, you should choose a tool that minimizes cutting temperature, has a good rake surface roughness, and can discharge chips smoothly. Tools with sharp positive cutting edges and enough chip evacuation are best.
